The system maintains three levels of Internet Access: Administrator, Client and Employee. Each level provides the user with access to all important date pertaining to coverage’s, forms, personal information as well as providing a platform from which real-time changes can be made. Our Solutions system allows our clients to access a full array of reports that cover all aspects of the benefit programs as well as providing record storage of all member transactions.
